Alexander Creps

Alexander Creps is a son of Peter and Barbara Creps, who had five children--Lydia, Maria, I---, Alexander and Eliza. Alexander was born in Pennsylvania, November 25, 1806, and came to Allen County in 1833. He married Rebecca Mans, who was born in Maryland, September 1, 1815. Their children are, Sylvester A., Margaret A., William W., and Hamilton D. Mrs. Creps' parents are Ludric and Elizabeth Mans, whose children are, Nicholas D., Catharine, Eliza, George, Rebecca, Rachel and Jacob. Mr. Creps has held the offices of Supervisor, Treasurer, Trustee, and Justice of the Peace.
