Edward D. Homan

Edward D. Homan was born in Clermont County, Jan. 18, 1845, and came to Allen County in 1869. His wife is a daughter of Cyrus and Jane Pierson, who came from Upper Sandusky in 1858. Mrs. H. was born in Wyandot County, Feb. 20, 1855, and is one of ten children, vis.: Ann, Henry, David I., Esther, Emma J., Mary M., Laura, Belle, Ella and Selena. Mr. J.'s [sic] parents are Absalom D. and Eliza Homan, and his brothers and sisters are Sarah, Hannah, Leondest, Lucy, Abner, Lucinda B., Charles, Philip, Ida and Laura.
