James C. Hullinger
James C. Hullinger was born in Green County, October 13, 1810, and settled in Allen County in 1836. His parents, Christopher and Mary Hullinger, came from Clarke to Allen County in 1842. Their children are Daniel, James, Jeremiah, John, Nancy, Margaret, Harriet, and Priscilla. Mr. H. married Catharine Binkley, who was born in Perry County, February 6th, 1832. Their children are, Eli, John E., Samuel, Mary, James W, Thomas H., Henry, Elijah, William R., Lemuel and Francis M. Mrs. Hullinger's parents, Emanuel and Elizabeth Binkley, came from Perry County in 1848.
