Dr. Richard Rice

DR. RICHARD RICE was born in Oswego, New York, 7th February, 1825. His wife, Sarah, daughter of Matthew and Mary (Queen) Brown, was born at New Lexington, Ohio, 15th April, 1827. They have two sons, Carman Buel and Charles Boynton. Dr. Rice came to Allen County in 1855. His parents, Joseph and Sarah (Buel) Rice, came from Kentucky in 1867. Mrs. Rice's brothers and sisters are, Joseph, Isaac, John, Ephraim, Matthew, Alexander, Osborn, Absalom, Nancy, Chloe, Maria, Mary and Sarah.
