L. C. Smith

L. C. Smith and his wife are both natives of this county. Mr. Smith's parents, William and Elizabeth Smith, came from Greene County, in 1834; and his wife's parents, Enoch and Levina Brower, came the same year, from Virginia. Mr. S. was born in 1848--his wife in 1850. They have one child, William C. Mr. Smith's brothers and sisters are, Melvina, Sarah, James, Emily, Columbus, America, and Isabella.
