James H. Tabor
Mr. Tabor's parents, Alanson and Lucy, came to Allen County in 1824, from Vermont, where James was born on the 17th of Feb., 1823. He has two brothers, Charles R. and William H., and one sister, Mary J. He married Elizabeth K. Hulliberger, born Dec. 29, 1832, in Perry County, whence her parents, John and Mary Hulliberger, removed to Allen County in 1836. Names of Mrs. Tabor's brothers and sisters: Sarah A., Susannah B., Reason F., Eda M. and Joseph M. James H. and Elizabeth K. Tabor have three children living--Byron, Ira and Elsie G. In the year 1864, from Aug. 15 to Sept. 1, four of their children died--Cynthia A., Martha J., Lucy E. and Mary A.
