Judge C. R. Brown

Judge C.R. Brown, of Kalamazoo, formerly from Shelby, has published a work entitled "Government of the State of Michigan" embracing an abstract of the laws, and showing the duties of State, County and Township officers; also a brief outline of the Government of the United States.
